Facilities
We understand that easy access can be essential to businesses and their clients. The mill complex features an array or access roads and ramps to facilitate the ease of loading and unloading of equipment and supplies.
Ramp Access
Ramp access to each floor of the mill complex, loading and unloading possible for small and light commercial vehicles to upper floors.
Snack Bar / Cafe
One of units is currently leased by the ‘Play Mill’ there is a children’s play area along with an all day cafe serving hot food from 10:00 until 17:00
Break Room
Some units feature their own break room/kitchen areas. For smaller units we have communal areas with hot drink and microwave appliances.
Toilet Facilities
Larger offices incorporate a toilet facility within them, for our smaller units there are communal toilets based on each corresponding floor.
